All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
