PART 1: SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2. Order Tracking

3. Accurate Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

PART 2: RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used towels or bedding items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

3. How to Return

4. Refunds & Shipping Costs

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or store credit) within a few days.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
